Activate a configuration set

You must have site administrator permissions to perform this task.

After you make changes to a configuration set, you must activate the configuration set. To apply your changes, you might also have to restart BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System services. If you restart the BlackBerry MVS Call Processor service, the BlackBerry MVS Server disconnects all calls in progress. You should consider restarting the BlackBerry MVS Call Processor service at a time that is least disruptive to your organization's users.

  1. In the BlackBerry MVS web UI, on the Administration menu, click Configurations.
  2. Click Activate beside the appropriate configuration set.
  3. Click OK.
Restart the appropriate BlackBerry MVS services.
