Delete registry entries from your computer

  1. On the computer that you removed the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software from, open the Registry Editor.
  2. Delete the following registry keys:

    Location

    KEY

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE (Windows® 32-bit)

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node (Windows 64-bit)

    Research In Motion

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services

    BBAttachServer and any keys starting with “BES” or “BlackBerry”

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Services

    BBAttachServer and any keys starting with “BES” or “BlackBerry”

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet00n\Services

    BBAttachServer and any keys starting with “BES” or “BlackBerry”

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software

    Research In Motion

    HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software

    Research In Motion

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products

    any key in which the ProductName is BlackBerry Enterprise Server
