Turn on the Enterprise Service Policy

  1. In the BlackBerry® Manager, in the left pane, click BlackBerry Domain.
  2. In the right pane, click Service Control & Customization.
  3. Click Enable Enterprise Service Policy.
  4. Click OK.
  5. On the Global tab, click Edit Properties.
  6. Click Enterprise Service Policy.
  7. Configure the necessary properties.
  8. Click OK.
