Specify the maximum number of persistent socket connections
Verify that your system memory can support the number of persistent socket connections that you want to specify.
You can specify the maximum number of persistent socket connections that can be open simultaneously between BlackBerry® devices and the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service.
- In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry MDS Connection Service.
- On the Connection Service tab, click Edit Properties.
- Click General.
- Double-click Maximum Simultaneous Persistent Sockets.
- Type a number between 100 and 3500.
- Click OK.
