Option 1: Activate a BlackBerry device using the BlackBerry Manager
- Connect the BlackBerry® device to the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Manager.
- In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
- On the Users tab, click the user account that you want to assign to the BlackBerry device.
- Click Device Management.
- Click Assign Handheld.
- Click the BlackBerry device that you want to assign to the user account.
- Click OK.
