Make a BlackBerry MDS Connection Service available to a BlackBerry MDS Integration Service

The BlackBerry MDS Connection Service that you specify must have a fully qualified domain name or IP address. The BlackBerry MDS Connection Service cannot use localhost or 127.0.0.1.

You can make a BlackBerry® MDS Connection Service available to any BlackBerry MDS Integration Service in the same BlackBerry Domain.

In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click a BlackBerry MDS Integration Service.
On the MDS Integration Services tab, click Edit Properties.
In the left pane, click Connection Service.
Double-click BlackBerry MDS Connection Service Definition.
Click New.
Double-click URL.
Type the full web address or domain name and the port number of the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service.
Click OK.
