Configure a maximum file size for media types
You can configure the BlackBerry® MDS Connection Service to prevent users from accessing specific media file types that exceed a maximum size.
- In the BlackBerry Manager, in the left pane, click BlackBerry Domain.
- On the Global tab, click Edit Properties.
- Click Media Content Management.
- Double-click Media Content Types.
- Click New.
- In the Media Content Type field, type the media type and the subtype, using standard definitions for MIME media types. Use the format <type>/<subtype>.
- In the Maximum KB/Connection field, type the maximum file size.
- In the Disallow content drop-down list, click False.
- Click OK.
