You encounter errors when you try to upgrade the BlackBerry Configuration Database
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\Installer or to the location of the log files that you specified in the setup application.
- Open DB_InstallV<YYMMDDHHMMSS>.log, where <YYMMDDHHMMSS> specifies the date and time, in 24 hour clock format, that you upgraded the BlackBerry® Configuration Database.
- Check the log file for error messages.
