Creating UIs to perform specialized tasks

If your organization's administrators have specific tasks that they frequently perform, you can create a custom UI to help simplify or reduce the amount of time it takes to perform those tasks.

For example, some members of your customer support team might use the BlackBerry® Administration Service only to activate users' BlackBerry devices. With the BlackBerry® Administration API, you can create a client application the customer support representatives can use to email activation passwords to users quickly, without logging into the BlackBerry Administration Service.
